We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Carports and canopies

Carports, lean-to canopies and the larger structures are long, heavy and ship on a pallet; smaller canopies and accessories ship by parcel. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings it to the nearest accessible point, not erected. Plan a competent installer and the groundwork — posts set on or anchored to cured concrete footings, the frame rated for the local wind and snow loads, and any mains lighting wired by a qualified electrician. Anchors, gutters, sealant, end caps and LED kits ship by parcel.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
